Dear Ioannis:

I would like to add my sentiments to AnnMarie’s email below and to also
express what an honor it is for us to have you involved with this
technology, procedure and the company going forward. The number of
ophthalmologists that have made the level of contributions that you have
to the field are very few indeed. I have had the pleasure in my life to
work with a couple of ophthalmologists that I would put in your category
based on their contributions and that would be Dick Kratz and Charles
Kelman. I very much look forward to working with you in a collaborative
manner over the coming months and years as we revolutionize this
technology and procedure to further refine for the ophthalmic community.

I look forward to seeing you at future meetings and if there is anything
that I can ever do for you, please don’t hesitate to call upon me in anyway.

Dear Ioannis,

As always it was a pleasure to meet with you yesterday. I will prepare
an outline for our project as discussed so that we can put some more
formal objectives together for the project to begin. After building
this, we can design the format and scope of the project in order to
build a prioritized budget.

Let’s keep in touch with this and begin the planning phase in
preparation of the company’s funding.
